INVESTRUCTURE was established within the SOCIETE GENERALE DE BELGIQUE GROUP just prior to the take over by SUEZ GROUP in the mid-1980s.
The company was active in the venture capital field until its management buy-out in the early 1990s. INVESTRUCTURE refocused on design and implementation of Management Information Systems (M.I.S.), and developed its activities in the industrial area of Europe between Brussels and Paris.

INVESTRUCTURE marked a turning point in 1995 in conjunction with the Conference of Barcelona that established the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership between the EU and 12 countries of the eastern and western Mediterranean area. The MIS activities were spun off, and INVESTRUCTURE began developing new specific services for international traders and investors. At this time, INVESTRUCTURE emerged as a privately-held business of its manager/owner.

INVESTRUCTURE rapidly established activities in more than twenty countries, from Morocco to China, and helped its clients identify interesting business opportunities in these emerging markets. Clients soon began to look to INVESTRUCTURE to prepare them to invest in emerging markets. To understand the structures and systems of local industries and to identify potential local partners, INVESTRUCTURE created "Business Scouting Services" in the late 1990's after successful assignments concerning banking, telecommunications, and agro-business.

More recently, INVESTRUCTURE has leveraged its in-depth knowledge to develop a new business unit to assist those investors interested in emerging markets -- "Business PASS Services" -- Promotion, Assistance, Support and Services.

With a well balanced portfolio of activities, INVESTRUCTURE is now ready for the next significant phase of its development...
